seoplus+ for Claude
Check how a website or local business is doing in search, while you talk to Claude.
What it does
Ask a question in plain language. Claude runs the check, shows the result as a report card, and tells you what to fix first.
- Check your whole business: give it your website and it runs the four checks below together, then lists the most important fixes in order.
- Audit a page's SEO: title and description, headings, indexing and robots.txt, sitemap, mobile setup, structured data, image alt text.
- Check Core Web Vitals: how fast the page is for real visitors, and the changes that would help most.
- Review a Google Business Profile: whether the public listing has a phone number, website, hours, photos and reviews.
- Check name, address and phone consistency: whether the details on a website match the business's Google listing.
Every check is read-only. The connector never changes a website or a Google Business Profile.
Connect it
- In Claude, open Settings, then Connectors.
- Find seoplus+ and select Connect. If it is not listed, choose Add custom connector and enter
https://mcp.seoplus.com/mcp. - On the seoplus+ page, review what the connector can do, add your business website if you like, and choose Continue with Google.
- Pick your Google account. You are sent back to Claude, connected.
Connecting creates a free seoplus+ account from your Google name and email address. You need a Claude account and a Google account, and nothing else.

What you get back
- Business check: an overall score, a score for each of the four areas, and the most important fixes from all of them in order.
- SEO audit: a score out of 100, a letter grade, the page's key facts, and a list of issues ordered by importance, each with a fix.
- Core Web Vitals: pass or fail for real visitors (LCP, INP, CLS), a lab performance score, and up to five fixes ranked by estimated time saved.
- Google Business Profile: the listing as Google shows it, a completeness score, and what is missing.
- Name, address and phone: match, partial match, mismatch or not found, for each of the three.
Good to know
- Each account can run 60 checks in any 24-hour period.
- The SEO audit looks at the one page you give it, not the whole site, and reads the page as the server sends it, without running JavaScript.
- A whole-business check takes 20 to 45 seconds and looks at your home page. If one part cannot be checked, the rest is still reported.
- Core Web Vitals checks take 15 to 60 seconds. Pages with little traffic have no real-visitor data; Claude will say when it is relying on lab results.
- Google Business Profile checks read the public Google Maps listing. They cannot see inside a Business Profile account.
- Name, address and phone checks compare a website with Google only, not with other directories.
Your data
We store your name and email address from Google, your business website if you give it, and a record of the sites and businesses you check and what the checks found. We do not receive your conversation with Claude. The privacy notice has the details.
Troubleshooting
"This sign-in link is no longer valid"
The sign-in page expired or was opened in a different browser. Go back to Claude and select Connect again.
"This account has used its 60 checks"
Wait until the time shown in the message.
A page "could not be reached"
Check that the address is right and that the page loads in a private browser window. Pages behind a login cannot be checked.
Disconnecting
In Claude, open Settings, then Connectors, select seoplus+ and choose Disconnect.
For website owners
When someone asks for a check, the connector requests that page, and the site's robots.txt and sitemap, once. It identifies itself as seoplus-audit/1.0. It reads public pages only and does not crawl the rest of the site.
