Privacy notice

What the seoplus+ connector for Claude collects when you connect it and use it.

Last updated October 9, 2026. This notice covers the connector only. The seoplus+ privacy policy covers our websites and other services.

What we collect

• Your account details. When you connect, we receive your basic Google profile and keep your name, your email address and an identifier for your Google account. We do not receive your Google password or access to anything else in your Google account.
• Your business website. Only if you type it in when connecting. It is optional.
• What you check, and what the check found. Each time Claude runs one of our checks for you, we record which check it was, the web address or the business name and city it was asked about, the time, and a summary of the result: its scores and the problems it found.
• Your email choice. Whether you ticked the box to receive email from us when connecting, and when.
• Sign-in records. The tokens that keep Claude connected to your account, and which app they were issued to.

What we do not collect

• Your conversation with Claude. We receive only the web address or business name that Claude sends when it runs a check.
• Files, or anything else from your Claude account.
• Tracking data. These pages load no analytics or advertising scripts. Signing in sets cookies that last a few minutes and exist only to complete the sign-in.

How we use it

• To sign you in and run the checks you ask for.
• To apply the daily limit and prevent misuse.
• To check your business without asking for its website again.
• To understand who uses the connector, what kinds of sites and businesses they check, and what those checks find.
• To email you about seoplus+ services, only if you ticked this box when connecting: "seoplus+ may email me SEO tips and offers. Optional, and I can unsubscribe at any time."

Who else receives it

• Google. You sign in through Google. To measure page speed, the page's address is sent to Google PageSpeed Insights. To look up a business listing, the business name and city are sent to Google Maps Platform. Your name and email address are not sent with these lookups.
• Hetzner. The connector runs on servers provided by Hetzner, where the information above is stored on our behalf.
• Claude. The result of each check is returned to Claude, the app you connected, which handles it under Anthropic's own terms.

The connector does not send your account details or your history of checks anywhere else.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and your history of checks until you ask us to delete them. A connection that is not used for 30 days expires, and Claude will ask you to sign in again.

Your choices

• Disconnect at any time in Claude, under Settings, then Connectors.
• Ask for a copy or for deletion of your account and history by contacting us. Deleting your account removes your history of checks with it.
• Stop emails with the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by contacting us.
